Disclaimer
This page is short, but every line matters. Get clear on these before you start reading charts.
Who we are, and who we're not
Kxianbi is an independent, third-party information site. We have no affiliation, agency or partnership with OKX (formerly OKEx) or any other exchange, and we're not an official channel for them. The nature of the referral links and invite codes you'll see, and how we handle them, is set out clearly in the disclosure on our About page.
We are not licensed investment advisers or financial analysts, and we've never claimed to be. What we write is beginner-level chart-reading material put together by a few people who got into this earlier than you.
It's all education, not advice
Every article, chart explanation, term definition and tool on this site is chart-reading education and nothing more. None of it constitutes, or should be read as, investment, financial, legal or tax advice.
We never recommend you buy or sell any specific coin or any specific contract. If an article uses an example, it's only there to make a concept clear — it is not a hint that "this is worth buying". What you do with your own account and money is your decision, and yours alone to answer for.
Crypto prices are extremely volatile. Contracts and leverage can lead to a 100% loss of your capital, and in some situations leave you owing the platform money. This isn't scaremongering — it has happened countless times. Only use money you can fully afford to lose, money whose loss won't affect your life.
Technical analysis can't tell fortunes
Candles, moving averages, every indicator — they're tools for understanding what has already happened and managing risk, not a crystal ball for predicting the future. No technical method can predict where price is headed or guarantee you a profit. There is no sure-win approach in the market — and if someone tells you there is, that person is either lying to you or to themselves. We wrote about this in The limits of technical analysis.
The decisions, and the outcomes, are on your side
Any decision you make based on this site's content, and any profit, loss or consequence that follows, are entirely your own responsibility. We do our best to make the content accurate and clear, but we take no responsibility for your trading results. Before putting real money on the line, judge for yourself, and consult a qualified professional where it matters.
External links and how current things stay
This site may link to exchanges and other third-party websites. We're not responsible for the content, policies or security of those third-party sites — once you click through, use your own judgement. On top of that, interfaces and rules in this space change over time, so some of our content may gradually go out of date. We keep it maintained, but we don't guarantee every piece of information is perfectly accurate or current at any given moment. Anything we've changed is logged on the corrections log.
In short: we help you make sense of the chart, but how you trade and how you move your money is on you — and so is the risk.
