One email is all it takes. We reply to as many as we can get through.
Write to [email protected]. There's no support hotline and no chat pop-up — the desk is just a few people, and email is the most reliable way to reach us.
The messages we welcome most
- Point out where we got it wrong. Which note, which line, what's wrong — the more specific the better. If we confirm it, we'll fix it and log it on the corrections log.
- Concepts you can't make sense of. Tell us where an explanation didn't land or which step you're stuck on, and we'll try to make it clear — it might even become the next note.
- Suggest a topic. A chart-reading question you want to understand but can't find a good answer to anywhere — send it our way. Even if it feels "too basic to ask", that's often exactly where the most people get stuck and exactly what's worth a note.
The things we won't do
- We don't give investment advice aimed at you personally. "Should I buy or sell right now?", "take a look at this coin for me" — we can't answer those, for the reasons set out in the disclaimer.
- No calls, no buy/sell signals.
- We don't trade for you, and we don't touch your account or funds. Anyone asking you to hand over a username and password is not us.
- No fake-volume work, no paid promotion deals, no advertorials.
Roughly how fast we reply
We're not a round-the-clock team, and we usually get back to you within a few working days. Corrections are the ones we read most keenly, because they directly help us make the content more accurate. If we don't reply straight away, it's not that we're ignoring you — you're just in the queue, so bear with us.
